ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
- If you are paying by money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped no more than 7 business days after receipt
- If you are paying by credit card, your order will be shipped no more than 7 business days after receipt
- If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped no more than 7 business days after receipt
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE / SHIPPING OPTIONS / COSTS: HOLIDAY ORDERS - BEST to use service with TRACKING along the way: UPS GROUND, UPS 2nd DAY AIR, EXPRESS MAIL or FED EX. COSTS: UPS GROUND - $8.95, FIRST CLASS MAIL - $4.50 (see www.usps.com for estimate in days) PRIORITY MAIL - $7.00 (2-3 business days after SHIPPING DATE, but NOT GUARANTEED) FedEx - $39.75 (1-2 business days after SHIPPING DATE, guaranteed or your shipping costs refunded). EXPRESS MAIL - $19.50 (1-2 business days after SHIPPING DATE, guaranteed or your shipping costs refunded). If you are ordering during a HOLIDAY PERIOD when the Post Office is extremely BUSY, remember to order EARLY because shipping could take longer than the estimated time. Free Priority Mail shipping on orders $100 or more. |

| OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by UPS-GND. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. SORRY, NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. |
| OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing
your order. Sale of engraved items is final and will not be refunded.
If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.

| OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: If you return an item and you have received FREE shipping because your order total was over $100, we charge a restocking fee equal to the amount we paid to ship (insured) the item to you initially. This usually ranges from $5 - $8. If you paid for the initial shipping, there is no restocking fee charged and you will receive a refund as long as the item is returned to us in unused and undamaged condition. |
| OUR DAMAGE POLICY: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier (UPS, Postal Service, etc) to file the claim. They will normally want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). They will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund. |
QUESTIONS: DO WE OFFER ENGRAVING? - DO WE HAVE A CATALOG?
We do offer engraving on a limited basis on some items. Currently our website is not set up for you to enter what you would like engraved automatically. Hopefully, in the near future that will be done. Until then, send us an email request or put your request in the comments section of the order form including what you would like engraved and we will email you whether or not we can offer this service and will tell you how much it will cost. The cost will be very reasonable because we do this in-house. Please include in your message what you would like engraved and what font you would like used. ie: Script, Roman Block, Old English, etc. and if you would like a monogram perhaps the Interlocking Monogram for females and the more masculine Circle Monogram for the males. Our Birth Record Baby Spoon has to be hand-engraved and we don't have the equipment to do that engraving. Customers in the past have found someone in their local area to do that work.
Our online store is our only catalog. In order to keep our prices low, we don't have a printed one. |
